Successful 3rd Annual Casino Royale Fundraiser for LLS!

Every year my husband and I put together a Texas Hold 'Em Tournament and Silent Auction to help my Team In Training triathlon team raise money for towards their fundraising goals. It also gives my fundraising a little boost as well. This year was year #3 and took place in our new house. Since we had a little more room, we invited a few more people. The Team did a great job acquiring silent auction items and we had over 60 people playing poker. In the end we raised over $6100 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! This gives each Team member about $600 towards their fundraising goal! Below are some pictures from the evening that my dad took. Please consider clicking the link on the left and making your own contribution to LLS - it is worth it!

It was a great evening. I know someone who really enjoyed the pulled pork, even if he was clueless about the poker.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it and could experience it. And I just had some of the leftover pulled pork for lunch!
